General Guidelines
- I always encourage models, no matter how experienced, to bring someone with them to photo shoots. Unless previous arrangements are made for a reasonable exception, however, I only allow one companion per model to be present at the photo shoot.
- Any companion a model brings must stay out of the line of sight of the model while I am photographing unless I ask otherwise. This is to avoid distraction.
- I usually work alone, but I reserve the right to have any staff or crew I deem necessary on the set of the photo shoot at all times.
- Models will be required to sign full model releases for images created during our photo sessions. I retain all copyrights to the images and the right to transfer those rights unless other written agreements are arranged prior to the shoot.
- Models are expected to be on time for the photo shoot. Failure to adhere to this may mean a loss of deposit, reduction of shooting time or at the least a greatly decreased chance that I will work with the late model in the future. I do understand that unexpected things happen and reserve the right to be flexible if this is the case – but I don’t guarantee such flexibility.
- Models not using a makeup artist and stylist are to arrive on set with hair and makeup and where appropriate wearing the outfit for their first set. Failure to do this will reduce the amount of time that we can work together. Models choosing to use a makeup artist and/or stylist need to inform me ASAP. I would like to speak with them to coordinate looks prior to the day of the shoot.
